Hoppet Design Construction
Challenge
David Hopkins and Dawn Gogel truly have a a firm grasp on an exclusive niche of custom home building. A few words describe this well. Personal. Each house that they design, create and build is a personal expression of their clients unique brand of lifestyle. Art. As in piece of art . This will come to mind as you appreciate the intuitive and painstaking process that must take place to fully design each home. Entering one of their homes you just know that the owner found the one builder that could tap into the aesthetics, values and originality that is his/hers alone and created a home as a reflection. You also think - I want a home like this. However that is impossible as no two Hoppet designed homes are alike.
Objectives
On the western shores of Puget Sound, Hoppet was well underway with an exquisite condo/mixed use project and a residential community project when they asked for our assistance in steering the creative marketing that was needed to launch these two developments into the market place. With the same thoughtful attention to detail used on their design/build projects we developed branding materials for each property. Hoppet Design construction also needed a meaningful way to differentiate their custom home building from their multi-residential and commercial projects. A brandmark logo and marketing system was created.
