As consumers were becoming increasingly aware of wild Alaska seafood's superior flavor profile over farmed, the Wild Select brand chose to differentiate their premium food service brand further by promoting the method used to catch their fish – hook and line caught. A 1900's signage motif was used for the logos along with mouth-watering plated seafood shots against blue ocean waves. To support foodservice programs, sell sheets for buyers and educational pieces for kitchen staff were created. The story communicates to consumers through print advertising, table tents and restaurant signage.
