She Nah Nam Seafood is a business enterprise of the Nisqually Tribe. As a reciprocal act of food sovereignty, She Nah Nam, a wholesale seafood processor and distributor sought to move into online and in-person retail sales.

The aim was to help strengthen the economic sustainability of Tribal producers of Indigenous seafood and traditional food products from across Turtle Island. 

Orca Design Group working closely with She Nah Nam’s leadership established an ecommerce website along with signage for their new brick and mortar store. 

As certified Shopify partners, Orca delivered a robust and custom ecommerce solution aligning She Nah Nam’s online store and warehouse inventories. 

The solution included brand strategy and design to embrace and enhance their existing logo and tell the story of sustainable seafood, equitable partnerships, and environmental stewardship. Orca Design Group provided rich product photography that set the product apart from other online seafood offerings.
